A russian clone of the ZX Spectrum made in Ivanovo in 1991. 48K RAM, 16K ROM and built in(?) kempston joystick interface. The size of the system unit is 14 x 8 x 2 1/2 inches, the weight is 1.5 kg approx.

It's possibly related to Master.
